If something went wrong
Tell us what you were doing and which device you were on. From the shelf menu you can also choose "Send diagnostics": it opens an email to us with a report on the app and your device, which you can read before sending. It never holds what's in your journals.
Your data
Your journals stay on your devices and in your iCloud; we can't see them. The privacy policy has the details.
